If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or purchase our products. YM Formulary is an independent entity located at 2815 SE 17th St, Suite 102, Ocala, FL 34471.

2. Products and Research Compounds

YM Formulary sells research compound products for research purposes only. All products are manufactured under GMP-compliant conditions and are third-party tested for purity and potency. Products sold by YM Formulary are not intended for human consumption.

3. Ordering and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. All prices are listed in US dollars. Sales tax is calculated and applied at checkout where applicable.

By placing an order, you represent that the payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method.

4. Subscription Orders

A standing laboratory supply order is a recurring subscription billed automatically at the interval you select (monthly or quarterly). You may pause, skip, or cancel a standing order at any time. Cancellation takes effect before the next billing cycle.

Subscription pricing is subject to change. We will notify you of any price changes before your next billing cycle. Continued use of the subscription after notification constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship physical products within the continental United States via USPS and UPS. Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days are typically processed and shipped the same day.

• Standard Shipping (USPS Priority Mail): 4–7 business days from date of shipment.
• Expedited Shipping (UPS): 2–3 business days from date of shipment. Available at checkout for an additional fee.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. YM Formulary is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, re-shipping fees may apply.

6. Returns and Refunds

Please refer to our Return Policy for complete details on returns, refunds, and exchanges. In summary, we offer a 30-day return window for unopened products in original condition.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the YM Formulary website — including text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, and software — is the property of YM Formulary or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
