We stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return process within 30 days of delivery.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return and full refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • The product must be unopened and in its original, sealed packaging.
  • The product must be in resalable condition — undamaged, with all labels and seals intact.

2. Opened Products

Due to the nature of research compounds and for safety and hygiene reasons, opened products are generally not eligible for a full refund. However, if you experience a quality issue with an opened product, please contact us — we evaluate these requests on a case-by-case basis and may issue a partial refund or replacement at our discretion.

3. Restocking Fee

Returns of unopened products in original condition within the 30-day window are processed with no restocking fee. If a product is returned in a condition that requires repackaging or inspection beyond normal processing, a restocking fee of up to 15% of the purchase price may apply. We will notify you before processing any restocking fee.

4. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us by email at info@yuniquemedical.com or by phone at (352) 209-4249 with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. We will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions within 1 business day.
  3. Ship the product back to us using the provided instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product).
  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow:

  • 5–7 business days for us to receive, inspect, and process the return.
  • 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card or bank statement after we process it, depending on your financial institution.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us immediately at info@yuniquemedical.com. Please include photos of the damage or issue and your order number. We will send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.

7. Subscription Cancellations

If you are on a Subscribe & Save plan, you may cancel at any time before your next billing date. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not retroactively refund previous subscription shipments. If you wish to return a subscription shipment, the standard return policy above applies.

8. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products returned after the 30-day window
  • Products that have been tampered with or are missing labels/seals
  • Free promotional items or samples
